Cabin and Wood Storage
There is a seasonal creek about 100 feet East of this cabin, which is approximately the East boundary of the 8 acres for sale with the home. Beyond that point is another 12 acres of timber land, which may be subdivided into three parcels with easement access from Flyrock Road. If you would like to purchase the entire 20 acres, we would consider an offer. Meanwhile, we will grant the homeowner permission to harvest for firewood any fallen trees on these 12 acres.
